My wife Chelsea and I have been married since July of 2011.  In May of 2016 we were blessed with our daughter Cydney.  We live on a farm south of Emery 15 miles near Clayton and raise corn, soybeans, cattle and pigs. We started attending FBC because of its' strong biblical roots and teaching.  I have been a youth sponsor for 3 years and have enjoyed getting to know the high school kids.  I pray that I can be a Godly influence on the kids and encourage them to have a daily relationship with Jesus.       ~Greg Pullman

Who We Are

First Baptist Church, Emery, SD

Hello, my name is Colton Watkins. I came to Emery in August of 2017. Moving to Emery, and being a part of what God is doing in this church is such a blessing. My goal while I’m here is to join the parent on their journey of leading students in a life that glorifies God. My prayer is that each student will encounter God every time they come to church here, as well as connect with other Christian teenagers.
If you have any questions about the youth group, or if there is ever anything I can do for you give me a call at (479)381-0393 or you can email me at Coltonwatkins14@gmail.com .

Hello! We are Adam and Ashley Zens and we have been married for almost 9 years. We lived in Sioux Falls for 5 years before moving to Emery(where Ashley was raised). After having our son, Hudson, in 2012, we always knew we wanted to raise him in a small town. We quickly became involved at First Baptist Church. Adam has been a Youth Sponsor for 3 years now, and Ashley for 1.5. We truly love getting to know all of the students and treat them like they are our own! We strive to guide them to live out a strong Christian life. We pray that we can show them what a truly amazing God we serve and how He can change their lives if they trust in Him. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your children’s lives!
